(Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yui Miyamune; hereinafter ‘AIK’). This solution leverages SP's crime and accident prediction AI, “CRIME NABI.” This solution utilizes SP's proprietary crime prediction AI “CRIME NABI” as its core technology. Combined with AIK's security DX expertise, it scientifically calculates the optimal deployment of security personnel and patrol routes for event security. This enables the simultaneous achievement of maintaining/improving security quality and reducing costs through operational efficiency. AIK will also incorporate this solution into its field operations as a security company and advance its verification and deployment through collaboration with SP.

In recent years, the trend toward larger-scale events coupled with a shortage of security personnel has made balancing security “quality” and “cost” a major challenge in event security operations. Traditional security methods involved uniformly patrolling the entire venue and evenly distributing personnel, but this approach made it difficult to ensure sufficient safety while keeping costs down.
Our newly launched solution comprehensively analyzes factors including the venue size, expected attendance, historical incident data per area, and real-time crowd density data derived from AI analysis of surveillance camera footage. Based on this data, it detects early signs of potential accidents or incidents and automatically proposes optimal security officer placement locations, staffing levels, and patrol routes. As a result, it scientifically supports on-site safety, enabling efficient event management and improved security quality while also contributing to reduced security costs. The collaboration between SP and AIK has made it possible to create practical security plans that fuse the latest AI technology with on-site expertise.

CRIME NABI is an AI solution centered on SP's proprietary crime and accident prediction algorithm, visualizing risks in advance to ensure maximum safety with minimal resources. In Brazil, security operations utilizing CRIME NABI achieved a confirmed reduction in crime incidents of approximately 68.5%. This is the only AI security optimization technology with proven effectiveness in real-world field operations. A key feature is its proven effectiveness in achieving results through the redeployment of security resources, demonstrating its utility in real-world security operations.
CRIME NABI's strength lies in its proprietary algorithm, which quantifies the effectiveness of security guard patrols and deployments with high precision and resolution. It visualizes data showing “when” and “where” security personnel contribute to crowd control, enabling objective verification of security plan effectiveness. By leveraging this to focus security resources on high-impact times and locations, it achieves improved safety and reduced security costs backed by scientific evidence.
In Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil, patrol operations utilizing CRIME NABI by the state police and municipal police corps resulted in a reduction of approximately 68.5% in thefts of copper wire from traffic signals and communication cables.
This demonstrates how CRIME NABI's AI predictions significantly contribute to crime prevention in the real field. Furthermore, CRIME NABI incorporates real-time surveillance camera footage into its AI analysis, enabling immediate response to changing situations and supporting the efficient deployment of security personnel.
