On March 18, 2026, Mami Kajita, CEO of Singular Perturbations, Inc., spoke at the “AI Co-Creation Program with the Global South,” a program for AI policymakers from the Global South organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and held in Tokyo. The event was attended by senior government officials and AI policy makers from countries in the Global South, including Brazil, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. Representatives from Japanese companies such as EdgeCortix, Instalimb Inc., Safie Inc., Saguri Inc., and Singular Perturbations Inc. also took the stage to present their AI technologies and examples of social implementation. We will continue to strengthen our collaboration with governments, law enforcement agencies, and international organizations around the world, working to implement data- and AI-driven public safety models in society and expand our operations globally, including in the Global South.
